The name NTL comes from a simple but firm belief—Never Too Late.
In 2020, we saw a recurring phenomenon in our recruitment work: many women with years of professional experience were ignored at the earliest stages of the recruitment process due to age, resume gaps, or stereotypes.
They were once managers, professionals, administrative backbones, customer service experts, and even led teams and built businesses. However, when they wanted to re-enter the workforce, they often had to prove themselves from scratch.
We believe the problem is never about ability, but about the market’s understanding of “experience”.
Therefore, NTL chose a path different from traditional recruitment companies. We don’t just do talent matching. Through training, capability restructuring, career support, community companionship, and real job opportunities, we accompany women to rebuild confidence, rediscover their own value, and gradually return to the workplace.
Since 2024, NTL has entered a new phase with the support of ASK IT, combining local recruitment and HR practical experience with AI, RPA, and digital tool capabilities to gradually build an “experience regeneration” model belonging to Hong Kong.
