Drawing inspiration from the movie “The Intern”, our Returnship Program offers a transformative journey for women over 40 seeking to re-enter the workforce after a career break. The three-month program provides the valuable experience for the woman and employers to gain confidence of each other and build connection by the caring support of NTL.

How it works
Selection & Interview

Go through a streamlined screening process

3-month Internship

Embark on a flexible three-month internship (at least 18 hours/week) at the employer’s office with NTL’s on-duty support without service charge

Re-entry Steppingstone

Gain valuable experience and transition smoothly into an internal employee
