Company Introduction: Our client is a global company conducted in euro and US dollar currency. The principal activity of the Company is provision of marketing, advertising, brand promotion, IT support and software service.

Working Time: Monday to Friday from 15:00-15:30 to 20:00 (2.5 – 5 working days per week)

Work Environment & Software Used:

  • Microsoft windows
  • Accounting system – “Priority” similar to SAP
  • Microsoft Excel
  • CRM/ERP – systems
  • English language environment

Job Duties:

  • A complete reconciliation between the CRM Billing System and back offices systems of credit cards clearance systems providers, monitoring of payment balances to the company from clearance systems providers
  • Check and Record day to day sales and financial transactions, also complete the posting process
  • Enter data, maintain records
  • Uploading back offices statement to the accounting system – similar to bank statements.
  • Full reconciliation of the back-office’s statements
  • customer ledger and general ledger
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
  • Bring the books to the trial balance stage
  • Perform checks of the posting process
  • Process accounts receivable/payable
  • Full reconciliation of the bank statements – supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or any relevant acceptable education.
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • bookkeeping experience – accounting system SAP or similar to SAP
  • High workability in a computerized environment
  • Good computer skill in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel
  • Hong Kong Perm Resident with proficiency in English is a must
