Company Introduction: Our client is a global company conducted in euro and US dollar currency. The principal activity of the Company is provision of marketing, advertising, brand promotion, IT support and software service.
Working Time: Monday to Friday from 15:00-15:30 to 20:00 (2.5 – 5 working days per week)
Work Environment & Software Used:
- Microsoft windows
- Accounting system – “Priority” similar to SAP
- Microsoft Excel
- CRM/ERP – systems
- English language environment
Job Duties:
- A complete reconciliation between the CRM Billing System and back offices systems of credit cards clearance systems providers, monitoring of payment balances to the company from clearance systems providers
- Check and Record day to day sales and financial transactions, also complete the posting process
- Enter data, maintain records
- Uploading back offices statement to the accounting system – similar to bank statements.
- Full reconciliation of the back-office’s statements
- customer ledger and general ledger
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform checks of the posting process
- Process accounts receivable/payable
- Full reconciliation of the bank statements – supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or any relevant acceptable education.
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • bookkeeping experience – accounting system SAP or similar to SAP
- High workability in a computerized environment
- Good computer skill in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel
- Hong Kong Perm Resident with proficiency in English is a must
