Inspired by the heartwarming movie The Intern, our Returnship Program is designed for women over 40 who are ready to re-enter the workforce after taking a career break. This transformative three-month program provides a unique opportunity for women and employers to build mutual trust and confidence, supported by the compassionate guidance of NTL.

How It Works
Selection & Interview

Begin your journey by going through a streamlined screening process to match your skills and aspirations with the right opportunities.

3-Month Internship

Participate in a flexible, three-month internship (minimum commitment of 18 hours/week) at the employer’s office. Throughout the program, NTL provides on-duty support—completely free of charge.

Re-entry Steppingstone

Gain valuable experience and transition seamlessly into a permanent role within the company, setting the stage for a successful career journey.
