- (c) any subsidiary company, associated company and/or affiliate company of NTL (including but not limited to our parent company ASK IT Limited (雅思信息科技(香港)有限公司));

- (e) any agent, contractor or third-party service provider that helps gather your information or communicate with you, such as research companies, in order to enhance the services we provide to you;

- (h) persons who may be entitled to disclosure under circumstances described in Part 8 of the PDPO (meaning personal data exempt from Data Protection Principle 3 of the PDPO).
8 How We Protect Your Data

- (i) firewalls; and
- (ii) password-protected access (with two-step authentication);
- (b) website security measures including:
- (i) firewalls;

- (iii) browser certification (SSL/TLS);
- (c) restricting access to a “need-to-know” basis; and
- (d) regular training of our employees on data privacy
8.2 We will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet.
9 Overseas Transfers
9.1 Your personal data may be transferred to countries or regions outside Hong Kong that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and restrictions on its use as set out in this Policy. However, we will take steps to ensure adequate protections are in place to ensure the security of your personal data.

11 Sale of Business
11.1 In the event that our business is sold or integrated with another business, your personal data may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.
11.2 In the event that we purchase a business, the personal data received with that business would be treated in accordance with this Policy if it is practicable and permissible to do so.
